Since its establishment in 1998, our mould manufacturing facility has experienced steady growth. Today, A-TorchMould Limited operates from a production plant spanning over 6,000 metri quadrati.
As a specialized manufacturing factory, our main business focuses on producing moulds and conducting mass production for various industries, including automotive, prodotti industriali, home appliances, computers, toys, and telecommunications devices.

A-TorchMould Limited is equipped with a wide range of high-precision processing equipment, including CNC machining centers, wire-cut EDM, grinding machines, milling machines, injection molding machines, and more. Complex geometries and contours pose no challenge for our experienced CNC specialists. By incorporating the latest mold design concepts, we build durable and precision-engineered molds. With in-house capabilities in CNC, EDM, e lucidatura, we maintain full control over the entire mold manufacturing process.
Our manufacturing facility strictly adheres to industry “Design for Manufacturability” (DFM) guidelines. To ensure precision and efficiency, we leverage advanced engineering software—including Pro/E, SolidWorks, UG, AutoCAD, Moldflow, E Consulente stampi—to thoroughly validate both product and mold structure during the engineering design phase.
Based on your unique product vision and performance requirements, our engineering experts will strategically select the optimal mold steel and high-precision components to ensure durability, efficiency, and superior quality.
