Since its establishment in 1998, our mould manufacturing facility has experienced steady growth. Today, A-TorchMould Limited operates from a production plant spanning over 6,000 square meters.
As a specialized manufacturing factory, our main business focuses on producing moulds and conducting mass production for various industries, including automotive, Produits industriels, home appliances, computers, toys, and telecommunications devices.
We maintain strict management and compliance with the Norme ISO9001 Système de gestion de la qualité. Currently, the company employs more than 20 senior engineers and over 70 Techniciens professionnels. With years of industry experience and a spirit of innovation and excellence, we consistently deliver outstanding technology and services for custom design and engineering manufacturing of moulds and tailored components.

A-TorchMould Limited is equipped with a wide range of high-precision processing equipment, including CNC machining centers, wire-cut EDM, rectifieuses, milling machines, injection molding machines, and more. Complex geometries and contours pose no challenge for our experienced CNC specialists. By incorporating the latest mold design concepts, we build durable and precision-engineered molds. With in-house capabilities in CNC, EDM, et polissage, we maintain full control over the entire mold manufacturing process.
Our manufacturing facility strictly adheres to industry “Design for Manufacturability” (DFM) guidelines. To ensure precision and efficiency, we leverage advanced engineering software—including Pro/E, SolidWorks, UG, AutoCAD, Moule, et Conseiller en moisissures—to thoroughly validate both product and mold structure during the engineering design phase.
